Calum took a chance on me when giving me a job at Ramsey. He would often check in on me and offer words of encouragement and support. His kindness and understanding to me when I had to leave The Ramsey prematurely meant a huge amount and I will be grateful to him forever. He was a great leader and a lovely man. RIP Boss.
